Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

2. Withdrawal Declaration

3. Return

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in unchanged condition and in the original packaging, as far as possible.

4. Refund

We will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from the purchase contract.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, as well as goods that can quickly perish or whose expiration date has been exceeded.
